The Good Cook will do their best to fulfil your order.
This is the prototype for our e-commerce site, starting on 31st August 2006, and there are likely to be a few snags. If you need to, please ring us during our normal shop hours, 9.15 to 5.30. You will probably speak to one of the directors.
General Errors Disclaimer. If something seems too good to be true, like an airer priced at £5.30, instead of £53, it usually is, and we reserve the right to correct our own mistakes, and advise you of this.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit and debit card payment. We normally deliver to mainland United Kingdom. For any other location, then speak to the shop. This will always be faster and more direct than e-mail. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else e-mail or ring in.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, or post or over the Internet.
If you pay online, your details are encrypted, and sent to our web server. From there they are downloaded, and then manually processed through the card payment machine in the shop.
You will find both facts regarding goods advertised, and opinions which relate to them, on this website and we assume that you can tell the difference. All opinions expressed are our own, and should be treated as exactly that.

The Good Cook Leominster Limited do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.

Returns Policy
Defective goods will be replaced provided that they are returned unused , and in the original packaging, which should be intact.
If you are unsure as to whether an item is right for you, then it is best to make further enquiries as to it's suitability. You can always contact the shop for advice, which we have the experience to give you.
When goods are returned for other reasons, your refund will be subject to a restocking charge of 15%, which reflects our actual costs in handling returned goods.
